Let Beachside Villas be your home away from home. Built in 2001, it is immaculate, modern and superbly appointed. This 1135 square foot two-bedroom, two-bath condo will comfortably sleep up to six people. In addition, the balcony provides not just an excellent view of the beach, but a pleasant place to take a meal or snack, to play a game of cards or backgammon, or enjoy a quiet romantic sunset and a glass of wine.

RATES

• December 15 - April 30 - $1200/week
• May 1 - September 10 - $1000/week
• September 11 - December 14 - $800/week

Rooms are based on four-person occupancy. Additional guests are charged at $10 per person per night.

Terms:
• Beachside Villas is a non-smoking accommodation.
• Sorry, but we do not accept pets
• In-season cancellation policy (December 15 through April 15) requires cancellation 30 days prior to check-in to assure full refund. With cancellation less than 30 days, deposit will be forfeited unless room is re-rented for the full time period.
• All other dates require between 7 and 30 days cancellation prior to check-in, depending on reservation date. You will be given the current cancellation policy upon your reservation confirmation.

DIRECTIONS:
From Tampa Airport (approximately 45 minutes)
West over the Howard Franklin Bridge to Exit 18 (688/ULMERTON ROAD)
ULMERTON ROAD ends at Gulf Boulevard
NORTH (RIGHT) at Gulf Boulevard for approximately 1 mile
BEACHSIDE VILLAS is on the west side (beachside!) at 14th Avenue and Gulf.

From St. Pete / Clearwater Airport (approximately 20 minutes)
Exit the airport WEST (RIGHT) onto ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD.
(Roosevelt turns into East Bay Drive/686).
Continue West until East Bay ends at Gulf Boulevard
South (left) at Gulf Boulevard.
BEACHSIDE VILLAS is on the west side (beachside!) at 14th Avenue and Gulf.
